Exporting Quotes as Professional PDFs

Every quote in Printforge can be exported as a professionally formatted A4 PDF — ready to email, print, or share with clients.
Generating a PDF
From the quote detail page, click Export PDF. The PDF opens in a new tab where you can print it or save it using your browser's save/print function.
What's in the PDF
The PDF includes:
- Header — your business name, logo (if uploaded), ABN, and contact details
- Quote details — quote number, date, expiry date, client details
- Line items table — description, quantity, unit price, line total
- Totals — subtotal, GST (if applicable), and grand total
- Notes — any project notes or special instructions
- Terms & conditions — your payment terms and conditions
- Footer — bank details for payment and your business info
Adding Your Logo
Upload your business logo in Settings → Business Details. The logo appears in the top-left of every quote and invoice PDF. Supported formats: PNG, JPEG. The image is cropped to fit a 200×200px area.
GST Handling
If you've enabled GST in your settings (and entered your ABN), the PDF automatically shows the GST amount as a separate line in the totals section. The tax label reads "GST (10%)" for Australian businesses.
