Product and account help
Tell us which Printforge page or workflow you were using, what you expected and what happened. Include the email address on the account so the correct workspace can be identified.
Talk to the person building it
Printforge is built and supported in Australia by Daniel Scott. Email is the primary contact channel for product questions, account help, partnerships, marketplace enquiries and privacy requests.
hello@printforge.com.auA concise reference and a description of the intended outcome are usually more useful than a long email thread. Choose the guidance below that matches your enquiry.
Tell us which Printforge page or workflow you were using, what you expected and what happened. Include the email address on the account so the correct workspace can be identified.
Include the account email and the relevant invoice or payment date. Do not email card numbers, passwords or authentication codes; Printforge does not need them to investigate a billing question.
For an existing marketplace job, include its Printforge reference and use the order conversation where possible. That keeps the maker, customer and job history together.
Share the business problem, expected volume and the workflow you are trying to automate. Specific examples help Daniel distinguish a repeatable platform improvement from a one-off request.
Use the email address associated with your Printforge account and include a quote, invoice, marketplace or order reference when one exists. Never send a password, one-time code, full card number or private API credential. Screenshots are useful when they show the page and error without exposing customer information.
Privacy and data requests are handled through the same address. Read the Privacy Policy for the information to include and the applicable process.
The learning centre covers day-to-day platform workflows, while the public tool collection explains the available product generators before you create an account.
