TAX INVOICE Header
When GST is enabled in your settings, the PDF header reads "TAX INVOICE" instead of just "INVOICE". This is required by the ATO for GST-registered businesses.
GST Breakdown
The totals section shows:
- Subtotal (ex-GST)
- GST (10%)
- Total (inc-GST)
Your ABN is displayed prominently in the header alongside your business details.
Bank Details
Configure your bank details in Settings → Business Details. They appear in the PDF footer so clients know where to send payment. Include your BSB, account number, and account name.
PAID Watermark
When an invoice is marked as "Paid", the PDF automatically includes a green "PAID" watermark across the page. This provides a clear visual confirmation that the invoice has been settled — useful when clients request copies.
Business Logo
Like quotes, invoices show your business logo in the header if you've uploaded one in Settings.
