Printforge has four plans designed to grow with your business. Every account starts with a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required.
Hobby — Free Forever
The Hobby plan gives you the core tools with generous limits:
- Cost calculator with presets
- Up to 10 active quotes with PDF export
- Up to 3 printers and 5 materials
- Up to 10 clients
- Job tracking (kanban and calendar)
- Customer upload links and quote templates
Perfect for hobby printers who handle a handful of orders each month.
Starter — $12/month ($9/month annually)
Everything in Hobby with no quantity limits, plus professional tools:
- Unlimited quotes, printers, materials, and clients
- Send quotes via email directly from Printforge
- Client portal with shareable quote links
- Your business logo on PDF quotes and invoices
- CSV export for quotes, clients, and jobs
- Job photos and dashboard analytics
- Bulk actions across quotes and invoices
Pro — $24/month ($18/month annually)
Everything in Starter plus operational tools for established businesses:
- Full invoicing system (create, send, track, PDF with GST/ABN)
- Supplier management and consumable tracking
- AI Quote Assistant — describe a job, get structured line items
- Part Drawings — generate technical drawings from STL files
- Webhooks for external automation
Scale — $49/month ($39/month annually)

Annual Billing
Save up to 25% with annual billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings. Annual plans are charged upfront for the full year.
After Your Trial
When your 14-day Pro trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Hobby plan. No charges, no surprises. All your data is preserved — you just lose access to paid features until you subscribe. Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing.
