Tracking Stock Levels & Low-Stock Alerts

Monitor material and consumable stock, get alerts when supplies run low, and never run out mid-print.

Running out of filament mid-print is every printer's nightmare. Stock tracking and low-stock alerts help you stay ahead of your material needs.

Stock Levels

Each material in your library has a current stock count (number of spools). Update it when you receive new stock or use up a spool. The Materials page shows a status badge for each material:

  • In Stock (green) — above the low-stock threshold
  • Low Stock (amber) — at or below the threshold
  • Out of Stock (red) — zero spools remaining

Low-Stock Alerts

When a material's stock drops to or below its low-stock threshold, it appears in the Low Stock Alerts widget on your dashboard. This gives you a daily reminder of what needs reordering.

Adjusting Stock

From the material detail page, use the stock adjustment buttons to add or subtract spools. Each adjustment is recorded for your records.

Spool Scanning

If you have lots of materials, use the Spool Scanning feature. Scan a QR code or manufacturer barcode to instantly identify the material, adjust stock, or assign it to a printer. You can even print QR labels for your spools.
