Google Drive & OneDrive Cloud Sync
Export quotes, invoices, and design files to Google Drive or OneDrive with automatic folder structure.
Cloud storage integration lets you export files from Printforge to Google Drive or OneDrive. Design files, quote PDFs, and invoice PDFs can be pushed to the cloud with one click.
Connecting
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Google Drive or Connect OneDrive. You'll be redirected to authorise Printforge via OAuth. Once connected, Printforge creates an organised folder structure in your cloud drive.
Folder Structure
Printforge creates a "Printforge CRM" folder with subfolders for:
- Quotes — exported quote PDFs
- Invoices — exported invoice PDFs
- Design Files — files from Design Studio projects
Exporting Files
On any quote, invoice, or design project, click the Export to Cloud button. Choose Google Drive or OneDrive (whichever you've connected), and the file is uploaded to the appropriate folder.
Importing Files
The Cloud File Picker lets you import files from your cloud drive into Printforge. Useful for importing reference images, design files, or customer-provided documents.
Security
OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Printforge only requests the minimum permissions needed — for Google Drive, it uses the drive.file scope (limited to files it creates). You can disconnect at any time.
