Adding Job Photos for Quality Records
Upload progress and completion photos to jobs — a visual record for you and your clients.
Attach photos to any job to document progress, quality, and finished results. Great for your own records and for sharing with clients.
Uploading Photos
Open any job and scroll to the Photos section. Click Upload Photos or drag and drop images. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP. Multiple photos can be uploaded at once.
Gallery View
Photos appear in a grid gallery. Click any photo to open it in a fullscreen lightbox viewer. Navigate between photos using arrow keys or swipe on mobile.

- Before/after — show the raw print vs the finished post-processed part
- Quality issues — document defects for learning and client communication
- Client proof — send photos before shipping for approval
- Portfolio building — collect your best work for marketing
Storage
Photos are stored securely on the server and served via authenticated URLs — only you (and admins) can access them. They're included in master backups if you have cloud storage connected.
