The dashboard gives you a snapshot of your business health. Analytics and CSV export help you make data-driven decisions.
Dashboard Stats
The dashboard shows at-a-glance cards for:
- Quote counts by status — draft, sent, accepted, rejected, expired
- Accepted revenue — total value of accepted quotes
- Active jobs — jobs currently in production
- Printer & material counts — size of your fleet and library
- Low stock alerts — materials and consumables below threshold
Analytics (Starter+)
Starter plan and above unlock deeper analytics:
- Printer utilisation — bar chart showing how much each printer is used
- Top materials — your most-used materials by volume
- Average markup — your typical profit margin across quotes
- Revenue trends — monthly revenue from accepted quotes
CSV Export (Starter+)
Export your quotes, clients, or jobs as CSV files for analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or your accounting software. On any list page, click the Export CSV button (available with bulk actions). The CSV includes all visible columns.
Tips
- Check analytics weekly to spot trends — declining quote conversion might mean your pricing needs adjustment
- Export CSVs monthly for bookkeeping and tax preparation
- Use printer utilisation data to identify underused machines
