Straight answers

Everything people ask before their first upload. Still stuck? Message any provider directly.

Nothing. There are no platform fees, listing fees, or commissions. You pay only the price quoted by the provider. Printforge Marketplace is completely free for customers.

Every provider goes through a manual approval process. We verify their business details, printing capabilities, and equipment before they can accept orders. Providers must maintain good ratings to stay active.

We support STL files, the industry-standard format for 3D printing. When you upload your file, we instantly parse it to show dimensions, volume, and estimated weight — so providers can quote accurately.

Most listings receive their first quote within 24 hours. The more detail you provide (material preference, quantity, deadline), the faster providers can respond with accurate pricing.

Yes. Once you have an order, you can message your provider directly through the platform to discuss specifications, materials, finishes, or any other details.

You can message your provider directly to resolve any issues. Our review system keeps providers accountable, and we can step in if disputes can't be resolved between parties.

Sign up for a free Printforge account, then apply to become a marketplace provider from the Marketplace section in your CRM. We'll review your application and get back to you promptly.

Our providers offer a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, resin, nylon, TPU, and more. Each provider lists their available materials and colours on their profile, so you can find someone who stocks exactly what your project needs.

Pricing depends on size, material, and complexity. As a rough guide: small parts (keychains, brackets) typically cost $5–50, medium parts (enclosures, figurines) $50–200, and large or multi-part prints can be more. Requesting quotes is completely free, and you’re never obligated to accept.

Payment is arranged directly with your provider after you accept a quote. Most providers accept card payments via Stripe, bank transfer, or other methods listed on their profile. Printforge does not process payments on behalf of providers.

Yes — most providers ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and timeframes are arranged directly with your provider when you accept a quote. Many providers also offer local pickup if you’re nearby.

Your next part is one upload away.
