Choose compact organiser, standard or deep organiser, tool box, compact tool box or slim latch bodies. Standard handles come in 101.5, 118 and 150 mm lengths. The picker shows each model's body and artwork dimensions so you can check your choice before printing.
Use one or two text lines, a tool symbol, your own SVG or an emoji. Choose from 46 built-in brand logos, including Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, M12 and M18. Add a battery tag, a backing badge and separate colours. Sixteen ready-made label samples adapt to each model, including shorter battery wording on slim latches.
Make raised, engraved or flush lettering. Keep colour parts together for multi-material printing, or create separate press-fit inserts with adjustable clearances. Inspect the generated geometry in mounted and print views before downloading it.
Select Latches or Handles, then choose the exact compatible body or handle length. Start from a sample label or enter your own wording.
Adjust the font, icon, layout, colours and construction. Generate the preview to check the real parts; mounted latch views keep the prongs at the top and the text upright.
Inspect the print layout, choose the download format and open it in your slicer. Downloaded geometry follows the selected print orientation and separates press-fit inserts beside the body.
Match the model to the box before changing the artwork. The mechanical body determines the fit; font and icon options change the display face. Check the dimensions shown in the picker and make a test print before producing a matching set for the whole workshop.
Use 3MF when different colours share the same surface, because a flush inlay needs its separate colour volumes. For a single-colour STL, choose Single solid with raised or engraved artwork. Separate part STLs are also available for arranging and assigning colours manually in a slicer.
The tool includes Compact Organiser 8435, Organiser 8430 / Deep 8432, Tool Box 8425, compact tool box, slim half and slim wide latches. The three standard handles are 101.5 mm for Compact 8435, 118 mm for Organiser 8430 / Deep 8432 and 150 mm for Tool Boxes 8424 / 8425.
Yes. Choose a built-in brand logo or upload your own SVG, then use the position, rotation and badge controls to place it. Liberation Sans and Noto Emoji are included, and you can upload TTF or OTF fonts you are licensed to use.
Yes. Select press-fit construction, set the hole expansion and insert shrinkage, then inspect the print layout. The exported insert parts are arranged beside the body. Start with a test fit because printer and material behaviour affect the final clearance.
